Atwater charges a refundable $500 pet deposit per pet, due at lease signing, plus $30 per month in pet rent per pet, on the lower end for the area. Pet fees are fully waived for residents with approved ESA documentation. Budgeting for the deposit and monthly rent upfront keeps your move-in costs accurate.
What parking options are available at Atwater?
Atwater offers open parking with a maximum of two vehicles per household. Trailers aren't permitted to be parked or stored within the community. There's no need to reserve a specific assigned space for standard parking.
