Jim Andersen serves as Vice President of Development at Lyon Living.  His responsibilities include overseeing complex development projects including deal shaping, entitlements, finance and construction.  

Prior to joining Lyon, Jim served in a number of senior leadership roles within the development community with Legacy Partners, Trammell Crow Company and Chelsea Investment Corporation.  He is responsible for the development of several thousand units in California and the Western United States.

Jim graduated from Loyola Marymount University with A BS in Accounting.
