Terry Ko is the Vice President of Asset Management at Lyon Living. In addition to helping oversee Asset Management, he is responsible for the revenue initiatives and financial operations of the portfolio. He has a decade of experience in property management and has spent the last 5 years with Lyon Living in various roles. He has knowledge in managing and operating apartment communities of all types; owner operated, 3rd party, redevelopment, and new development. Terry is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law and Society.
